New Job

Rick has been working at the Utah State Hospital since April. He worked in the pool, which means that he would go to work everyday and they would put him on whatever unit they needed him on. He was working full time but when you work in the pool you basically are working temporarily and not permanently. You don't get benefits and if you don't get a permanent position in 9 months then you are laid off. Rick has had several interviews but didn't get the jobs and he was getting discouraged. Well yesterday he came home on his lunch break and said he had an interview that day and that it went well, he went back to work and a few hours later I get a phone call. Rick was calling to tell me that he got the job! So now Rick has a permanent position, and we get benefits. I sure am proud of him!
