Day 4 - A habit that you wish you didn't have.
Staying up until 4 am.
I don't know why I do it. I will get home from work at 11:30. I'll eat something, watch my shows, and then go to bed. I will lay in bed from 2 until 4 not being able to sleep because Rick won't stop talking. So I keep waking him up and telling him to "shut the freak up, please." As soon as I finally fall asleep, something scary happens that wakes me up in a panic - Rick screams and it startles me, he hears someone breaking into our house which actually ends up being the furnace kicking on, or my new favorite, he will twitch, I will wake up, and he will whisper to me "Jodi...wake me up!" So I will freak out and hit him, and then he will wake up and thank me for waking him up during his sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis. Seriously? If I'm not asleep by 4:00 am, I will then cry for the next 30 minutes and be incredibly mean and crazy.
"How long does PMS last? Because this is like the 3rd week in a row."
If I do not get enough sleep, and if I do not fall asleep before 4:00, I turn into the meanest, craziest, PMSing witch who can't stop crying. I've been that witch every day this week.

My mom, my sisters, and I have sleep paralysis so I know how grateful we are when someone can wake us from it. Just think of it as one more adventure in your married life.
are you pregnant? hahah, jk. that is an unfortunate habit. though I have to admit, I find it entertaining to read about and imagine. haha. good luck with that one.
